Don’t Trouble The Trouble is heading towards its theatrical release with a relatively slow trend in Day 1 advance bookings across major centres. Despite a strong promotional campaign and NTR’s efforts to promote the film, the current booking numbers remain below expectations in several key markets.
Based on the available fast-filling and sold-out data, Hyderabad is showing the strongest movement, with 23 out of 188 shows registering fast-filling or sold-out status. Vizag has recorded 3 out of 42 shows, while Vijayawada stands at 3 out of 51.
The response in several other important centres remains limited:
Don’t Trouble The Trouble Day 1 Booking Status
Hyderabad – 23/188
Vizag – 3/42
Vijayawada – 3/51
Guntur – 0/25
Nellore – 0/13
Kakinada – 0/16
Tirupati – 0/4
Kurnool – 0/10
Anantapur – 0/6
Kadapa – 0/5
Eluru – 0/6
Warangal – 0/5
The numbers are notable considering the visibility the film has received in the run-up to release. NTR’s association and promotional support generated attention for the project, but that attention has so far not translated into strong advance ticket sales across most of the tracked centres.
The lack of fast-filling or sold-out shows in markets such as Guntur, Nellore, Kakinada, Tirupati, Kurnool, Anantapur, Kadapa, Eluru and Warangal indicates that the film is yet to witness significant advance demand in these locations.
That said, advance bookings can change considerably closer to showtime, with last-minute sales, additional shows and walk-in audiences capable of improving the opening-day numbers. The actual Day 1 box office performance will therefore depend on how the film performs once regular audience bookings begin.
For now, the booking trend presents a challenging pre-release scenario for Don’t Trouble The Trouble, particularly given the scale of its promotional campaign.
The focus now shifts to release day, where audience turnout and word of mouth will determine whether the film can overcome its slow advance-booking start.
